Events & Performers

Most things at InterFuse are spontaneous, but some things do happen at scheduled times.

Midwest Burners/InterFuse does not book performers or entertainers. YOU create the entertainment as a free gift to everyone else! Please remember that the point of InterFuse is to give gifts and make friends rather than to promote to a consumer base.

Register your InterFuse event or performance using the form at bottom by Friday, April 22, 2011 to get it listed here and printed in the Front Gate Handout. This will make people more aware of your event (and you’ll get more participants).

Use the form at the bottom of this page to get your event or performance listed.

Food Artists: Mad Hatter, Bittersweet, March Hare and a Host of Loyal Volunteers!
Where: Kokopelli's at Center Camp

Hurry, hurry - step right this way! Be part of the greatest event at IF!

To start your Burn Day off right, Kokopelli's Coffee House and Pancake Circus will once again be bringing you the Infamous Pancakes Are Art event! What? You didn't know that a simple pancake can be Art? We take the concept of 'flat food' to a whole new level by pouring the biggest , fattest cakes you've ever seen, then throwing on the tastiest combinations of 'decorations' we can find.

The house specialty is the "Heart Attack Maximus Special" with Bacon and M&Ms. But we invite participation and challenge everyone to "bring it" by trying to come up with the best ingredients yet for a tasty pancake combo! We've done hundreds of candies, myriad different fruits (fresh peaches and bananas are always popular!) and such assorted edibles as coffee.... If you bring it, we can cook it (please, only legal, non-living items!) All cakes cooked to order, so you get your favorites! Of course, you can order one "naked", or with "special sauce", but be prepared for the consequences! Just don't order "plain", because that's so boring.

As ever, we are also in search of more Loyal Volunteers to make this all happen. If you think you've got what it takes to to mix up the perfect batter, chop the finest ingredients, serve the best coffee, or expertly direct traffic for us, you need to email Mad Hatter ASAP to reserve your spot!
