It is sometimes necessary to have a printout showing your Midwest Burners membership status. Complete this form and you will receive a printable email reply from Zay, Midwest Burners Association Chairman, confirming your current membership status.
You will receive a reply from a Yahoo email address. Remember to check your spam or bulk mail folder in case your spam filter doesn't like the address.
